Our Garden’s story.

A haven of calm and peace in the heart of Addiscombe, St Mildred’s Community Garden is open to anyone who would like a place to sit quietly and enjoy the beauty and peace it offers. It was created by a group of local volunteers in conjunction with St. Mildred’s, to promote well-being through gardening, teach about food production and to promote kindness to local wildlife.

We have vegetable beds, fruit trees, rose garden and seating; some of which have been gifted in memory of loved ones and by our resident’s association ASPRA in support of the project.

Join us any Tuesday 2pm-4pm from 19th March.

We invite you also to join us for a special blessing of our new prayer tree on Tuesday 19th March at 1.45pm, before the first gardening session of the year. Come and join us, and let’s make this season one to remember!
