The search for a new vicar is gathering pace and a lot of work behind the scenes are now nearing completion to enable us to go onto the next phase.
The PCC on the 19th October 2023 adopted a new Mission Action Plan (MAP) which will be displayed on the church notice board and on the website.
The Parish Profile is in its final stages and should be completed by the end of November.
We have appointed our two representatives on the panel selecting our new vicar who will sit alongside our area Bishop Rosemarie and the Archdeacon Greg Prior. Please keep them all in your prayers as they will be carrying out that momentous task on behalf of everyone here at St Mildred’s and those people who in the future would become part of our church family.
Please continue to hold St Mildred’s, all who worship here, the centre users and the community we serve in your prayers as we await the appointment of our new vicar.

Short listing – Monday 19th February 2024 by 9am.
Interviews – Tuesday 5th March 2024.
