COMMUNITY GARDEN UPDATE 🌿
Our community gardeners met yesterday afternoon in the glorious sunshine🌞together we planted over 100 bulbs, which we hope will make an amazing spring display in our garden and also in our wildflower garden in Sefton Road.
We also picked our solitary pumpkin (last year we had 5!). It is currently being used as part of our beautiful harvest display in the front window of St. Mildred’s, after which it will be used to make a soup, for our end of the gardening year lunch on the 31st October.
Community gardeners meet Tuesday afternoons 2pm-4pm. Entrance is in Sefton road,
