Community Garden update.
The garden is definitely looking autumnal now.

Our community gardeners spent yesterday afternoon, tidying the flower and vegetable beds, laying netting to protect bulbs from squirrels and harvesting raspberries and potatoes ( which are available now in the reception area of the Centre in return for a small donation).

After all our hard work we enjoyed a cup of tea, a chat, and a Wagon Wheel (remember them?).

Gardening group meet on a Tuesday 2pm – 4pm, entrance in Sefton road. No gardening experience needed, Just turn up.
