Community Garden Update.
With an abundance of courgettes from the community garden we were looking for ideas on how to use them.
We came across a recipe for a courgette and chocolate cake – so strange a combination it seemed, that one of our gardeners made it for everyone to share with their tea and coffee. It tasted a little bit like a chocolate carrot cake – a little weird if you thought too deeply about it but still thoroughly delicious!
