ST MILDRED’S TODDLER GROUP
We have now reached the planning stage for reopening!
St Mildred’s Toddler Group will be re-opening after half-term holiday on Tuesday 2nd Nov, from 9.30 – 11.00am in the Large Hall – hurrah, after such a long break! All babies and children under school-age welcome with their Mums/Dads, Grandparents, cost £1.50 per family group.
Run mostly by Mothers’ Union members plus other friends on behalf of the church, we would always welcome more help, particularly as some of our regular helpers are stepping down since the enforced break.
Duties are not onerous – in fact a real pleasure and include setting up/packing away, sitting down greeting families on arrival at the Welcome Desk – or in the kitchen serving refreshments – or even, if crafty , lending a hand with that ( all resources provided….) or reading a story/leading singing at the end of session.
Generally it is once a month commitment, but more if you like – or you might prefer to be on the reserve list, for occasional duties only.
