It was once stated in a sermon that what attracts people to a church isn’t the sermon, or the choir, but the welcome at the door.
There are many ways to welcome at St Mildred’s – some on a regular monthly rota (eg Sunday 8am and 10 am services), some on a ‘now and then’ basis – eg Sunday afternoon Baptisms, Funerals, Evensong, Tea Towels and Tinsel etc etc
If you would like to be part of one or more of the teams please let the church wardens know via the Parish Office which ones appeal. Full training will be given as necessary.
