The Church of England, including St. Mildred’s, will be supporting the National Day of Reflection on 23 March, the first anniversary of the UK lockdown, to commemorate this tragic loss of life and to stand together with everyone who is grieving.
Organised by Marie Curie, the National Day of Reflection looks to reflect on our collective loss, to support those who have been bereaved, and hope for a brighter future.
The Church will be open for private prayer from 11.00 until just before noon. At 12.00 there will be a minute’s silence, followed by the ringing of our Church bell at 12.01. Everybody is welcome to come, but it would be helpful if you could tell Graeme if you do intend to come. mailto:firstname.lastname@example.org
