St Mildred’s choir will be participating in a brand new venture, and performing as a virtual Visiting Choir for Guildford Cathedral’s online service on 26 July this year. As far as we are aware Guildford is the only Cathedral doing this over the summer, and St Mildred’s will no doubt be one of a handful of choirs participating.
This is a very significant undertaking and the choir will be putting in a huge effort to record 3 hymns, a psalm, a setting and a motet for the occasional and on top of that, organ voluntaries before and after the service.
